Island of Pašman
ISLAND PAŠMAN
Pašman is an island in the Zadar archipelago, located between Zadar and Biograd.
The current in the Pašman channel changes direction every 6 hours making the sea there the cleanest in the Adriatic.
The Illyrian towns, remains of towers, archaeological sites from the Roman times, the villa rustica, the mosaics and many other historical monuments demonstrate the historical wealth of the island.
Many types of medicinal and aromatic plants enrich the island with their scents, and the underwater world jealously guards all types of shellfish and fish of the Croatian Adriatic. The island has a rich tourist offer: apartments, holiday homes, pensions, caravan campsites, inns and restaurants where you must try some of the seafood and products grown on the local fields of the ecological healthy island of Pašman.
