The Villa Mimosa is situated on two floors and has a surface of 200m2. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. Another double bedroom is located on the upper floor - gallery. The villa has a spacious terrace with barbecue, a lovely garden and private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Small pets are welcome on charge.
