This nice holiday house is for 6-8 persons and it is situated close to the beach and city center, ca. 300m from the beach, 1000m from the city center, 150m from the restaurant and 150m from the shop. It is situated on the ground floor with a surface of 120m2 and consists of three bedrooms (each with double bed), living room with one sofa bed for 1-2 persons and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms each with shower and wc, a covered terrace with furniture, large garden, swimming pool for private use and private parking for 4 cars. SAT-TV, internet, air condition, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are welcome on charge.
