From the spacious living room, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace of 20 m2, where you can enjoy fresh air and a beautiful view of the environment.The villa has 2 comfortable bedrooms, which allows you to sleep peacefully and renew your energy. There is also a practical bathroom with a shower. The courtyard of the villa offers 4 comfortable sunbeds, where you can relax reading a book or sunbathe while enjoying the warm Istrian sun.Villa Marlene also gives you the convenience of 2 parking spaces, so you can easily explore the surrounding area and nearby towns. Also, pets are allowed for an extra charge of 10 euros/day per pet.
