Casa Blechi is an over 100 years old Istrian semi-detached house built in traditional way using rough stones. It’s located in the small village Stancija Blechi with just 3 houses which is reachable via a partially not asphalted road, 2,5 km from Tar and 10 km from Porec. The house has been built in the year 1908 and renovated in the year 2002. Located in a quiet area on the edge of the village, the house offers to its guests a lovely terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue.The house owner doesn’t live on the property.Renovated stone house for 4-6 persons with a total living area of 80 sqm on two floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining table, living room with fireplace and sitting set and shower/toilet.
