Villa Berto, a traditional Istrian farmhouse originally built in early 1800, underwent the first phase of renovation by the 5th generation Ruzic great-grandchildren and is now ready for the 2021 tourist season.
This charming attached house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. The Villa has modern decoration and everything is new. Private pool and lots of land to walk and play. Both bedrooms have 2 beds so it is very comfortable to accommodate 4 to 6 people. Dining room table seats 6.

Ruzici is a cozy little farm town in Istria close to many site-seeing destinations. This Villa’s location is perfect for a morning walks or a more intense workout, located on a bike route and has a nice loop of 5 km if you like to jog. Of course, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool.
