Villa Paola is situated on a 6000 m" fieldground and the villa itself have 240 m".The road to the villa is on dead end so you dont need to be preocupate about trafic.The bilding is made in old rustic style and in front yourself you have magnificent wiev on mountain Učka(the biggest mountain in Istria).In the villa is big open swimming pool,fitness room,you have bikes to explore countryside,volley ball playground and last but not the least our donkey Leon.

In the main building is big kitchen where 10 people can enjoy in food,a spacious living room with chimney,1 sleeping room with big bed and 2 small room for children,spacious bathroom and small toilet.Continuing the main bilding is apartement with 2 rooms,in first room is big bed and in second are two children beds.Also bathroom and small kitchen.Bellow main bilding in ground floor is one room with big bed,bathroom and kitchen.There is also one more chimney and place for big company.The whole villa is air conditioned,but also the walls are made of solid istrian stone so during the summer in the house is very comfortable.In front is 4-5 parking places.

KRŠAN
Kršan is a village in the central part of Istria, near the town of Labin.
The traces of its Glagolitic and religious heritage and old crafts are intertwined with a modern tourist offer and variety of gastronomic delights.
In the mid-19th century, the Istrian divorce was found in Kršan, a medieval document about the literacy and life of Croats in this area. The Plomin church of sv. Juraj starog [St. George the Old] hides the oldest known Glagolitic inscription – the Plomin inscription, and the Romanesque church of Sv. Kvirin [St. Quirinus] has frescoes preserved in it from the 15th century.
The rich historical and cultural heritage of the Istrian village of Kršan will attract tourists who want to enjoy the historic treasures of the area they are visiting.
