This modern and luxury equipped holiday house is for up to 6 persons and it is situated in one little peaceful village Nova Vas near Novigrad, ca. 8000m from the beach, 8000m from the city center of Novigrad, 600m from the restaurant and 600m from the shop. It is situated on two floors with a surface of 130m2 and consists of three bedrooms (three with double bed), a living room with one sofa, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker and microwave. There are two bathrooms with (one with shower and wc, ther second with bath tub and wc). There is a private terrace with furniture and with grill and private parking. The pool is for private use.SAT-TV, air condition, internet, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are not allowed.
