
Fancy holiday house with a terrace and sea view, in a quiet location and near the beach
This two-storey holiday house is in a cul-de-sac, in an attractive and quiet area, about 1200 metres outside of the town centre. The beach and shops are nearby. The owners live next door to the house.
The holiday house provides 65m² of living space for six people. The hallway on the ground floor provides access to the living room with a kitchen, with a sitting area with a corner sofa and a TV and an open kitchen with a dining counter, equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The sofa can be converted into a further bed for one person if required. The living room opens directly onto the balcony. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The two bedrooms and the second shower room are on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and air conditioning. In front of the bedroom there is a little balcony, with a wonderful view of the sea. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (two beds 90 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), as well as an additional folding bed (90 x 200cm). The bunk bed is suitable both for children and for adults.
The house has its own balcony, with garden furniture and parasols. It is partially roofed and provides a sea view. On the upper floor, in front of the first bedroom, there is another little balcony. You can park your car on the parking space right in front of the house. Another car can be parked on a nearby street if required.
You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge. In the hallway on the ground floor and in the first bedroom there is air conditioning.
You can walk from the house into the forest park and directly to the pebbled beach 150 metres away. There are bars on the beach, where you can also hire a boat or go on a hot air balloon trip. The promenade along the beach leads to the town centre. 50 metres from the house there is a large shopping centre, but there are also smaller shops, bars and restaurants.
House has two floors; a downstairs and an upstairs. Downstairs there is a terrace, a living room with a kitchen, a hall, a bathroom, relaxing. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed for two and 1 with 3 separates beds (1 bunk bed), a hall, a bathroom and a terrace from big room with a 2 chairs and table and beautiful seeview. There is a couch in the living area which can easily be transformed into an extra sleeping space, if necessary.
