Fancy holiday house with a terrace and sea view, in a quiet location and near the beach
This two-storey holiday house is in a cul-de-sac, in an attractive and quiet area, about 1200 metres outside of the town centre. The beach and shops are nearby. The owners live next door to the house.
The holiday house provides 65m² of living space for six people. The hallway on the ground floor provides access to the living room with a kitchen, with a sitting area with a corner sofa and a TV and an open kitchen with a dining counter, equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The sofa can be converted into a further bed for one person if required. The living room opens directly onto the balcony. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The two bedrooms and the second shower room are on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and air conditioning. In front of the bedroom there is a little balcony, with a wonderful view of the sea. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (two beds 90 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), as well as an additional folding bed (90 x 200cm). The bunk bed is suitable both for children and for adults.
The house has its own balcony, with garden furniture and parasols. It is partially roofed and provides a sea view. On the upper floor, in front of the first bedroom, there is another little balcony. You can park your car on the parking space right in front of the house. Another car can be parked on a nearby street if required.
You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge. In the hallway on the ground floor and in the first bedroom there is air conditioning.
You can walk from the house into the forest park and directly to the pebbled beach 150 metres away. There are bars on the beach, where you can also hire a boat or go on a hot air balloon trip. The promenade along the beach leads to the town centre. 50 metres from the house there is a large shopping centre, but there are also smaller shops, bars and restaurants.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed for two and 1 with 3 separates beds (1 bunk bed), a hall, a bathroom and a terrace from big room with a 2 chairs and table and beautiful seeview. There is a couch in the living area which can easily be transformed into an extra sleeping space, if necessary.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed for two with a terace with beautifull sea view and there you will find a small table and chairs for enjoying drinking caffe or wine... and another room with 3 beds (1 bunk bed), and 1 separate bed, a hall, and a bathroom. There is a couch in the living area which can easily be transformed into an extra sleeping space, if necessary. CRIKVENICA
A well known tourist resort and health center, the elegant, lively and modern town of Crikvenica is situated on one of the most beautiful part of the North Adriatic coastal area. The most dynamic period of this locality is summer. Beautiful sand and pebble beaches offer the pleasure of bathing in clean sea and lying under the shady shelter of Mediterranean vegetation during the long sunny hours. The offer is varied: walks along the seaside and mountain-climbing in the surroundings, practicing of various sports on water and land, fishermen festivities and Carnival follies, dances and entertainment on hotel terraces and night clubs, classic music concerts and painting exhibitions, enjoying in gastronomic specialties, ship and bus excursions to immediate and extended neighbourhood, hunting and fishing. The oldest hotel, Therapia, built in 1895 is worth a visit although today even the old st. Paul monastery has been transformed into a hotel, and it is after the church (church = crkva in Croatian) that the town received its name. Crikvenica is also beautiful in winter, particularly owing to the sumptuous Carnival celebrations held in January and February. There is a whole series of small settlements in its vicinity, among which is Grižane, where the famous painter Juraj Julije Klović, the Reneissance Michelangelo of miniature, was born by the end of the fifteenth century. The tourist tradition dates back to 1988.
